Snapshots of one woman's life from birth to old age, Hey Girl, Hey! (HGH) is a raw, honest, vulnerable and, at times, side-splittingly funny chronicle of life as a Black woman. Performed as a one-woman show, HGH introduces audiences  to 13 different women and connects to topics that are (or should be) driving national conversations in 21st Century America: colorism, sex, dating, hair, education, police brutality, incest, motherhood, sisterhood and more.

"Out of the Mouths of Boys" is a provocative, dual-language (ASL & English) stageplay  about the lived experience of Black men as victims of sexual, and other abuses. Our contribution to the #me(n)too movement, the story follows the lives of 6 men, Deaf and hearing, as they share true stories of men who were taken advantage of by family members, clergy, and others in positions of power.

Other topics explored: toxic masculinity, the mistreatment of Deaf inmates, date rape, and suicide.

BWWW is an intentionally curated, networking event designed to offer a safe and productive space for Black female writers to come together, build community, get tools to enhance our craft...AND DRINK WINE!
