Audition FAQ
Who we are you looking for?
Strong, soulful English vocalists and expressive ASL performers with stage presence, musicality, and the ability to perform choreography. Deaf performers are strongly encouraged to audition.
Do I need to sing and sign?
No. We are casting English and ASL performers separately. English performers must be willing to learn some ASL.
How do I audition?
Submit a video October 14–21, 2026, or audition in person October 25, 2026. Use the options on this page to submit or sign up.
Is registration required? Where are auditions?
Pre-registration is required for in-person auditions. Locations for live auditions and callbacks will be provided after registration.
When are rehearsals and performances?
Rehearsals begin November 1, 2026. Performances run January 14–17, 2027, at the Silver Spring Black Box.
